How should I use the mobile hydraulic lifting platform?
1, before work to carefully check the lifting platform components, focusing on checking whether the screw connection is reliable, hydraulic pipeline components have no leakage, wire joints have no loose, broken and so on.
2, lift the platform before lifting, support the four corner legs, four legs should be firmly supported on solid ground, the work table to the level state (visual inspection can be). Turn on the power, the light should be on. Then start the motor, oil pump work, lift once or twice under no load, check the normal action of each part before starting to work. When the temperature is lower than 10℃, the oil pump should be made to run for 3-5 minutes to confirm that the oil pump is working normally before proceeding.
3、After entering the platform, the operator should close the guardrail door, insert the pin, tie the rope, and the center of the load (where the person stands) should be in the center of the working platform as much as possible.
4、Lifting down: press the “lift” button, start the motor, the motor rotates, the hydraulic system works, the cylinder extends, the platform lifts; to rise to the required height, press the motor “stop” button, the platform stops lifting, you can work, if you do not press If you do not press the “stop” button, when the platform rises to the standard height, the travel switch will work and the platform will stop at the standard height. When the work is finished, press the “down” button, solenoid valve action, at this time the oil cylinder back to oil connected, the platform by its own weight down.
5、Overload is strictly prohibited during the use of the hydraulic platform, and the operator on the platform must not move during the lifting and lowering process.
6, when moving or traction hydraulic platform should be supported leg up and platform down to a low position, it is strictly prohibited to move the platform when the operator is in high position.
7、When the platform fails to work properly, the power should be cut off in time for maintenance, it is strictly prohibited to operate with sick equipment, non-professional personnel do not disassemble the hydraulic components and electrical components.
8、Do not use the aerial working platform when the ground is not stable; do not lift the platform when the platform is not stable, the outstretched legs are not adjusted and leveled, and the ground is not secure.
9、Do not adjust or put away the outstretched legs when the platform is occupied or raised.
10、Do not move the machine when the platform is raised, if you need to move, please retract the platform first and release the legs.
