The working principle of the lift

“The worker wants to be good at what he does must first be good at what he does”, the old saying goes, we want to make good use of the lift, so that we have to first figure out the working principle of the lift.

The lift is composed of walking mechanism, hydraulic mechanism, electric control mechanism, support mechanism, a kind of lift equipment. Hydraulic oil from the vane pump to form a certain pressure, through the oil filter, flame-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, throttle valve, hydraulic control check valve, balance valve into the lower end of the cylinder, so that the piston of the hydraulic cylinder upward movement, lifting heavy objects, the upper end of the cylinder back to the tank through the flame-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, its rated pressure through the relief valve to adjust the pressure gauge readings through the pressure gauge.

Hydraulic lift products are divided into bent-arm hydraulic lift, scissor hydraulic lift, mast hydraulic lift and straight-arm hydraulic lift according to the working mode. Hydraulic lift is the replacement product of folding arm lift (lifting platform) and scissor lift (lifting platform).

The lift is widely used in stations, docks, airports, hotels, post and telecommunications, municipal gardens, grain depots, cleaning companies, decoration of public building facades, decoration or installation and maintenance of electrical systems, etc. The lift has the advantages of light weight, self-propelled, electric start, self-supporting legs, simple operation, large working area, especially the ability to cross obstacles for aerial work.

Hydraulic lifting platform can be divided into: mobile lift, fixed lift, aluminum alloy lift, electric lift, etc. The lifting height varies from 4m to 18m. This series of products are divided into 0.1 to 0.8 tons of load, can also be customized according to user requirements, the highest load up to 10 tons.
